SmartProbe-Volume Measurement with Precision

Probe

The SmartProbe has a rugged, fully sealed for security checking capabilities as markers (CromaID), performing automatic tightness tests at given times, conversion of temperature to 20 degrees, and others. Together with the S2 system, allows informing the consumer trend, the ideal point of consumption, automatic completion of CML (Book of Changes Fuel), etc.. Built to operate in tanks of 15,000 gallons or 30,000 liters, has a resolution of 0.01 mm and magnetic balance in order to identify the minimal fluctuations of product inside the tank.

The design also includes the SmartProbe automatic self-calibration through mechanisms that allow its digital self-adjusting by software. With this, the system can operate without the need for external calibration, or undesirable deviations of measurement over time that ultimately prompted the need for additional calibration equipment and high cost of services. Her temperature sensors are fully digital and have a resolution of 0.0625 ° C to ensure the extreme sensitivity of the set.

The SmartProbe, as a probe with optical technology, is able to perform measurements with high precision and tightness tests. Are built in standard heights of 1.95 and 2.54 meters for tanks full and bi-or tri-compartmental, but can also be built in special sizes on request.

This is done through an optical beam that carries the trace of the product level, with this optical technology provides accurate readings even in high vibration environments, which represents the record of discharges much more accurate. The control and tracking of float is done by a processor located in the probe head. For conversion at 20 ° C, has 8 temperature sensors distributed along the probe and makes the measurement of water.

It features unique to local reading of two sensors. Thus, monitoring the sump and the interstices are resolved locally.

Another unique feature is the reading pattern of behavior of the product called CromaID. The CromaID reads the light absorption curve of the light spectrum, reporting on the monitoring screens analyzed the pattern of each delivery.

CromaID 2

The SmartProbe is installed in the sump to the bottom of the tank, the opening of four inches. For a concentrator system with integrated pump, allows the sale is made during a discharge, because it makes the reading of supplies made and compensates volume automatically.

Operation in Safety System

Right on the home screen S2 System, SmartProbe information are shown. Various information about level, temperature and status can be displayed in an easy and intuitive. To CromaID probes, a small window showing the pattern of fuel behavior is displayed, indicating whether or not the fuel change.
