INSTALLATION
How is the installation of the S2 System at Gas Station?
The S2 System has simple installation and depending on the purchased configuration, it's easy to install. In the case of acquisition of all control modules are installed the following equipment on Gas Station: SMARTSEAL, SMARTPROBE, MUXLIQ, SMARTLIQ, SMARTCONSOLE and SUPERVISOR.
The SMARTSEAL are installed in the Remote and Direct delivery entry of the tanks, the SMARTPROBE are installed on tanks manholes , the MUXLIQ should be installed on passage boxes on forecourt or in the office according to the routing design of cables, SMARTLIQ sensors can be installed in tank sumps, pump sumps, tanks jacketed interstice and the point where environmental monitoring is desired, the SMARTCONSOLE can be installed in a strategic point of the track in order to facilitate the operations performed by the Gas Station employees and the SUPERVISOR must be located in the office where will be converging all the forecourt cables.
The S2 system interferes with other systems in the Station?
The S2 system doesn't interfere with any Gas Station system.
COMMUNICATION
It is necessary that the Station has dedicated communication link?
With the flexibility offered by the S2 System, the service station does NOT need a dedicated communication line to report the data. If you only use the Software ADVANCED system doesn't require line of Internet communication, since the data can be accessed over the LAN.
LOCAL MONITORING
How do I monitor my data in the system?
The S2 System concept has all the needed equipment to perform local and remote operation of the Gas Station and doesn't need any additional equipment to perform this operation. To facilitate the operation of the station in order to present the station's management information graphically and intuitively, the S2 System should be used as a site with pages set up for operation in a simple browser.
How to connect a PC to evaluate the data from the S2?
From the moment that the Supervisor is connected to the LAN, just plug the PC in the network management and a Web browser, point to the IP of the supervisor. All information is accessed: Graphics Management Reports, and other monitoring controls.
REMOTE MONITORING
How can I monitor the system remotely with S2?
To remotely monitor it's necessary that the Supervisor be connected to an internet and have a Software PREMIUM license. With this will have a remote access password and a domain that can put together one or more Stations of your network. With remote monitoring, the S2 System combines all the data on your network, in order to provide detailed or summary reports of all fuel logistics operation.
SMARTSEAL
How is performed the operation on SmartSeal?
Locally, commands can be performed either by the browser as the SmartConsole located on the forecourt.
Can SmartSeals be operated in conjunct?
As tampas podem ser operadas individualmente ou poderão fazer parte de um grupo específico, que permitem a operação em conjunto. O agrupamento das tampas poderá ser definido pelo próprio usuário e poderão ser por tipo de produto (Etanol, gasolina, etc.), por tipo de tampa (direta ou remota) ou até por posição geográfica (tampas da esquerda, tampas da rua, etc). The caps can be operated individually or may be part of a specific group, that allow the operation together. The caps grouping may be defined by the user and may be by product type (ethanol, gasoline, etc..), by type of cap (or remotely) or even by geographic position (left caps, the street caps, and others).
SMARTPROBE
Can I install the SmartProbe in any kind of product (Etanol, Gasoline or Diesel)?
The probe is always the same, but for each product type, an appropriate floater must be used to the product in which the probe will measure.
Where the CROMAID is installed?
The CROMAID is a device that is coupled toSMARTPROBE therefore to carry out the acquisition of equipment, define if you want to have the quality control of product made by CROMAID.
The SmartProbes are adaptable to any kind of tank?
The probes are installed in the existing four-inch opening in the tank manhole. What should be seen is the size of the generator (diameter) of the tank. The probes are constructed in standard dimensions for full, bipartite and tripartite tanks. When ordering the product notify the dimensions of your tank to get the correct model.
PUMP CONTROL
Can I use any Pump Controller on market to integrate the S2 System?
There are many controllers that are approved to operate the system S2. The basic requirement is that the pump controller has to be multi-user functionality, to allow supply access both the System Management of Gas Station as for S2.
